For most customers, a quick phone call or check on the map is all we need. We’ll ask if you can see certain landmarks, and check on our map how far your location is from one of our relay sites. This most often happens the same day you sign up. Build it. When we come to your location for the installation, we’ll be installing a receiver and WiFi router (if needed). These can be installed in a variety of locations, but will need to be oriented for a line of sight to one of our relay locations. We’ll need to run a single cable to the device, and will work with you to select an ideal location. Use it. Before we leave, we’ll ensure you have the fast internet speeds we promise, and if we’re also providing a router/Wifi to your home, we’ll set that up as well. When we’re there, we’ll make sure we have your information entered in the system to receive email updates, and make sure you have all the contact information you need to get ahold of us with any questions.
